Thank you for visiting the Web site for Americans for Free Choice in Medicine, (AFCM), America's first and only grass-roots organization devoted to individual rights in medicine.
As a non-profit organization, AFCM membership dues are tax-deductible according to the law.
AFCM membership includes subscription to Pulse, e-news from Americans for Free
Choice in Medicine. Pulse provides fast, relevant news about
physicians, insurance, drugs, hospitals, HSAs, patients and the
battle for individual rights in medicine.
AFCM encourages its
members to become engaged in the educational crusade for freedom in
the medical profession.
Membership dues may
be paid annually or on a regular contribution schedule (i.e.,
monthly or quarterly). AFCM welcomes donations in any amount.
Because AFCM
promotes the principles of freedom, individual responsibility, and
capitalism upon which this country was founded, our membership
grades are named after heroes of the American Revolution who made it
possible.
To become a member, please print the mail-in donation form and send it with your donation to AFCM at the address below, or send a donation via PayPal.
